- By making a Reservation through our Website Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the Policies that are outlined during the Booking Process. These policies include the Cancellation Policy and any other Policies that may apply, such as age requirements, security deposits, group booking supplements, extra beds, breakfast options, pet policies, and accepted payment methods. - Any Refunds or Cancellations are the responsibility of the Accommodation Suppliers, and we will not be held liable for any losses or damages that may result from such transactions.
- Any disputes arising from the use of our Website should be addressed directly with the Service Supplier. We will do our best to assist in resolving the dispute, but we will not be held liable for any outcomes.
- We respect the Intellectual Property Rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If we receive any infringement claims or notices, we will investigate and deal with them on a case-by-case basis.
